The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 21,                               
2006, calendar (page 3266), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 414(RLS)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to allowing a parent or guardian of a minor to                                 
    intercept the private communications of the minor and to consent                                
    to an order authorizing law enforcement to intercept the private

Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
CSHB 414(RLS) be returned to second reading for the specific                                        
purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection,                                  
it was so ordered.

 Delete all material and insert:

         or misdemeanor; or                                                                         
           (C)  has been, is, or is about to be a witness to a                                      
         felony or misdemeanor;                                                                     
      (2)  the health or safety of a minor is in danger; or
